At Northwood we offer a competitively priced and complete property management package coupled with outstanding service and support.
Your property will be managed totally in-house by us. None of our property management functions are contracted out to external service providers.

Our Property Management Fees
Strata properties management fee - only $82.50 per month
$990 per year for units, apartments, condos, flat, studio, multiplex and which are strata titled properties, includes GST.
Larger strata properties management fee - only $99 per month
$1,188 per year for townhouses, villa’s, duplexes, semi-detached, row homes which are strata titled properties, includes GST.
Non-strata properties management fee - only 4.9% per month
For houses, duplexes, semi-detached, row homes, rural and other residential non-strata torrens titled & community titled properties, includes GST.
Switching to Northwood - giving your current agents notice
Your existing management agreement will typically require you to give 30-days’ written notice of cancellation. This notice can be given at any time during the agreement. Should you wish to switch over to Northwood we will manage the whole process including giving your current agent notice. We will make it easy and painless for both you and your tenants. The agreement that you sign with us can be cancelled at any time with 7-days’ written notice.
